Personal Care
The services of Signal Health Group enable older adults and people with disabilities to live better in their own homes, in comfort, safety, and health. As a result, seniors maintain their independence. We provide home care in and around Madison, WI because we are commiteed to the Madison market and the people who live here. Through home care services we send aides, homemakers, and/or companions to see to your daily needs, to take care of your parents, or to give you a break from your family caretaking role. Signal Health Group stands apart as a reliable, personable, and trusted provider of home care in South Central Wisconsin.
Family
With highly personal care and people hand-picked for a commitment to caring, you become part of our family, and we become part of yours.
The Right Size
With a great team, Signal Health Group can deliver the dependability you need in a home care company while still being small and focused enough to value you as an individual client. In short, Signal Health Group is large enough to serve and small enough to care.
Credibility
Our home care services are state-licensed, and our company and caregivers are bonded and insured. We are a member in good standing with the National Care Provider Council. We have trained our caregivers in the best protocols for preventing the spread of germs. All caregivers, will take extra precautionary measures as part of their check-in process. As a result, you can be confident with the care we provide.
Tailored Care Plans
We tailor our care plans to fit your unique needs – unlike other companies that often have a fairly standard program of care with little flexibility, we provide individually tailored home care plans with great flexibility.
Trust Worthy Stuff
All of our caregivers have been thoroughly screened including reference checks, license checks where applicable, and background checks. We are bonded and insured. Their skills have been thoroughly evaluated for the duties they will be performing in your homes, and we continue skills evaluation and skills training with each caregiver, every year.
